Most definitely! We are fully QBCC licensed in low rise building and carpentry. Our employees are also fully qualified in carpentry, with our head builder Connor also obtaining his building licence.

From here, a site visit may then be organised for our head builder Connor to come and assess the area. An accurate quote will then be emailed to you within *14 days.

The approximate cost of these services ranges from $2,000-$5,000 + depending on the size and complexity of the build/project.

Yes! Site visits are a crucial part in making sure the quote we supply you is as accurate as can be. By having our head builder Connor come out to your location this also allows a thorough meet and greet where you can truly discuss your visions with him. If you are requiring C.J Carpentry & Construction to attain your certification/approval on your behalf, then a site visit is mandatory.

Site visits will be organised with you after you have requested a quote via; this site, Facebook, Instagram, messenger, email, call or text. Once we have been in contact with you to collect project information, a site visit date and time will be organised.
In most cases, any new structure or extension over 9m2 will require council approval AND building certification. This may require attaining the following:
  1. draftsman/architectural drawings
  2. soil testing
  3. structural engineer's drawings
After you have requested a quote from us, these matters will be discussed with you as they are a requirement in order for us to provide you with an accurate quote. At C.J Carpentry & Construction we are able to arrange all of the above services for your project if you choose.

Alternatively, you are welcome to gain the correct drawings yourself to send to us upon requesting a quote or after you have had your site visit. Once plans have been obtained and finalised we are then able to provide you with an accurate quotation.




Upon accepting your quote from C.J Carpentry and booking in a commencement date for your build, all new clients are required to pay a small deposit which will be discussed with you. The deposit is then taken out of the final figure still owed. 
We require a direct bank deposit after the completion of your build where our details can be found on the invoice sent to you.
Not one job is the same... meaning there are many factors that can influence the completion time of your build. A timeline will be discussed with you during your site visit and you will always be kept updated throughout the build if things need to change.
We may be able to continue your build while its raining if we have coverage or are working indoors. If the forecast does impact our ability to work, you will always be kept updated and a plan will be created when we can commence work.
Yes. It is imperative the client conveys their aspirations in relation to the project. We will take your visions and apply them while complying with the national construction code.
